The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry - KCCI said that Vietnam in general, Thua Thien Hue in particular is an attractive destination for Korean investors.

On November 2, the delegation of Thua Thien Hue province led by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Cao continued to have a meeting with the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) .

At the meeting, Chairman Nguyen Van Cao introduced the overview of Thua Thien Hue to KCCI leaders. According to President Nguyen Van Cao, Thua Thien Hue is a center of culture, tourism, health, education, science and technology. There is a complete education system with 9 universities, Korean language departments, vocational schools; young population.

At the meeting, Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee Chairman Nguyen Van Cao said that Thua Thien Hue had a lot of cooperation with Korea in planning fields, healthcare, tourism and industry. Thua Thien Hue province also hopes to continue to strengthen cooperation with Korean enterprises in these fields.

"The province would create favorable conditions for Korean investors to invest in Thua Thien Hue. At the same time, we would also like the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry to support the province in promoting and introducing Thua Thien Hue to Korean businesses, assisting the province in organizing an introdution programme, promoting and calling for investment in Korea in 2018, "said Chairman Nguyen Van Cao.

Chanc Min Yoon, Director of International Relations of Asia-Pacific, KCCI said that the cooperation between Korea and Vietnam, including Thua Thien Hue is growing well.

"The government and Korean businesses are very interested in Vietnam. Vietnam in general, Thua Thien Hue in particular is an attractive destination for Korean investors, " Mr.Yoon shared.

Also on the same day, the delegation of Thua Thien Hue province had a meeting with Mr. Jeong Sik Cho, Chairman of the Committee on Transport and Land Infrastructure of Korea. At the meeting, Mr. Jeong Sik Cho said he had come to Vietnam and Hue, so that the two sides have a lot of cooperation prospects. "Vietnam and Korea have many similarities; The Vietnamese are smart and hardworking, so the cooperation will be very favorable, "said Jeong Sik Cho.

Thua Thien Hue provincial People's Committee Chairman Nguyen Van Cao said Thua Thien Hue province had agreed to cooperate with the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) to organize an investment promotion conference in the coming time. will take place in Korea.

According to Cho: "Korea has many experiences in building and processing reservoirs.
